Studio Classes

Bfree has a wide range of classes available suitable for all abilities and ages. All classes are choreographed with easy to learn routines and add that bit of variation to exercise.

Classes Include:
BODYPUMP - a non-impact resistance training class using free weights that tones your body. BODYBALANCE - a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates that will build strength, flexibility and tone. SPIN - an athletic cardio cycling workout that burns fat fast and is great for toning the butt and thighs. STEP & TONE - with motivating music this class is great for firming the butt and thighs.

There are also various dance and over 50's classes
